Our team is currently reviewing proposals, and we hope to let applicants know the status of their submission by the week of March 6.

Call for Proposals - Extended!

Thank you to all who have submitted their proposals already for our upcoming conference!

We will be extending the deadline to submit proposals until February 7 to give everyone just a little more time. Keep those great ideas coming! The full Call for Proposals can be found here.

Also a reminder that the EIR is offering 3 Travel Grants of $300 each. More information about these grants and how to apply can be found here. Application materials can be submitted alongside your Paper Proposal.

Regional Meeting Travel Grants

In advance of our upcoming conference, the EIR is offering three (3) Travel Grants, valued at $300 each.
