In advance of our upcoming conference, the EIR is offering three (3) Travel Grants, valued at $300 each.
These grants will be awarded on a competitive basis to members who are presenting at the upcoming meeting, and who demonstrate both financial need and a desire to participate in the meeting. While we welcome applications from all EIR members, one of these awards is dedicated to a graduate student, and in our evaluation we will especially consider scholars who are contingent or un/underemployed.
In order to be considered, applicants should submit an email expressing their interest, a current CV, and a brief statement (150-300 words) describing their current employment status, history of participation in the AAR, and how this grant would support their participation at the upcoming meeting.
