Join us at Queen’s University (Kingston, ON) for a range of papers, roundtables, and workshops on this year’s theme: The Other, Persecution & Response.
Dr. Megan Goodwin will kick off the event Friday May 5 @ 5:30 PM with her Keynote Address “Against Charisma: Cults, Koolaid, and the Pornographic Afterlife of Peoples Temple.” The conference wraps up Sunday afternoon with an EIR Presidential Roundtable. Dr. Abrahim Khan and panelists from across the region engage in a conversation with Dr. Donald Wiebe about his recent book An Argument in Defence of a Strictly Scientific Study of Religion.
